The 164251 GT VLCC NEW VISION, 330m length overall, 60 m beam (equivalent to 3 soccer fields) and 23 m depth has recently berthed along the Eco-Oil pier to carry out tank cleaning operations in accordance with the MARPOL regulations.

Eco-Oil started its activities on the 1st of June 2001 and holds the IPPC permit No. 8/2003.

The facility is located at Mitrena, Setúbal and provides facilities for the reception and treatment of oily slops, sludge and tank washings from maritime, industrial and commercial activities.

In 2007, Eco-Oil serviced 2 VLCC’s similar to MT NEW VISION.
